Em "Os" temos 3 possibilidades de restaurante à noite. Pois é 3 ... Um deles é espanhol, chama-se Madrid, e é muito bom. A Tortilla é ótima !! Quis então imitar a tortilla de lá, apesar de não usar muito batata inglesa, achei indispensável usá-la na receita. Não quis colocar temperos, quis sentir a "pureza" do sabor. Segue então, moleza pura!!
Tortilla de papas
3 batatas médias (cortadas em rodelas finas)
4 ovos batidos
Sal/ salsinha e queijo ralado
Fritar em pouco azeite as rodelas de batatas,d e preferência numa frigideira rasa, para facilitar a virada. Quando estiverem soltas, estaladas (não duras), colocar os ovos e a salsinha+sal+queijo ralado. Misturar com a própria frigideria, às volteadas. Deixar dourar e virar.
